Mixed ancient grain bread

Bread made with flour of ancient grains mixed semi-wholemeal with wheat germ. The cereals are originally grown by us on our lands.

In this dough, extra virgin olive oil is added which increases the softness and about 5g/kg of salt to remove the sensation of silly.

The bread is made by Forno Macucci of San Casciano VP especially for us.
