At La Ginestra, we raise and protect around 700 beehives of Apis Mellifera Ligustica bee's.  Using an organic method which respects the natural rhythm and needs of this wonderful insect, we see them thrive.  We practice nomadism in Tuscany to allow our bees to find uncontaminated areas and abundant blooms.  This means that each season we can produce a variety of honey's from various wildflowers including ,acacia, chestnut, sulla, clover, sunflower, lavender, honeydew and coriander. At La Ginestra we breed our own queen bee's! Additionally we produce organic pollen, propolis and wax. Our vision focuses on the preservation and health of the hives.
